I'm looking for an accelerator cable for 924 NA (75-82) . This is the one with a hook on the end. A picture of the hook can be found in this old post (http://www.924board.org/viewtopic.php?t=21859). The PET part number is 477721547F, but I haven't found anyone who has a new one, everyone claims that it NLA. I found used ones at dcauto.com and einmaligparts.com.

Does anyone know if there a VW or Audi part that can be used as a substitute.

The turbo cable is different, it has a barrel end (not that I been have to find any 924 turbo cables). I found a post from a couple of years ago that said that 944 cable could be substituted for the turbo cable, but they didn't say which one of the 944 versions they were talking about. From my search of the web, the only 944 cable that anyone is selling is 94442302307, which is for the 1985-89 924S and late years 944.

Lots of stuff is NLA. You might have to make one if you cant find used cable.
