So you had suspension fasteners baked after plating, yes?

Turbo is torn all the way down and body work commences...lots of filler on the rear quarter panels from PO that really didn't need to be there. All the bits between the racer and the 931 are off to the sandblasters...all the rear suspension bits as well.

Engine is getting there...only waiting on a few components to get her complete. Charge tube and intake only on for fitting purposes.

Cheers

Ian

Leigh - half of the parts in the engine came from you

The garage was one of the huge selling points on this house, I really like having all this room. After the turbo is finished I'm going to pull everything out and etch, paint and seal the floor...maybe a two post lift (but I dream on that one )

I'll post more pics of the 931 as she goes back together, the disassemble process was long and drawn out, plus its just busting a bunch of bolts....clean bits are far more fun to look at

Cheers

Nice deck Morghen and Happy Birthday ! (Sausage party ?)

This is what I got up to this weekend. 2500 kms in 25 hours in the fastest car in the world. (Not really ,but flogging the shit out of a rental is quite fun.)

Got some excellent 931 parts out of it and saw another 'Board member. Good times except for the mosquitos. Who the F**k would live where the bugs will literally kill you if you pass out on the lawn...crazy.

Snatched a spare row ditc box for about 35usd. Got a crank sensor with it aswell, to bad the cables were ripped out. Maybe maybe I can cut the sensor casing open a bit and solder the cable back... Nice to stack some spares when you get the chance
