Hey 924ers,
I know this has probably been covered, but my search function has been acting a bit wonky.
What's your take on synthetics? Mobil 1 15w50 is kinda smokey for me.
What gear oil/transaxle oil do you recommend?
Thanks,

15W50 synthetic in your transmission? Ouch! The 915 guys, which is similar to your G31, use for the most part, Kendall 80W90 gear oil. Others swear by similar weight Mobil I. Swepco gets a bad rap.
If you're talking engine oil, then the 15W50 Mobil I should work fine. _________________ '83 944 Track car.
