Not a good idea to impulse by from autoatlanta. They are well known for bending people over. _________________ 87 924s

Swap to aluminum, there's a guy parting a 924S right here.
OR. . .I bet someone here will part with a steel one for $50 or so! _________________ Toofah King Bad

I also have a pair, they are, sadly, drums, but the arm is the same. Let me know.
I will let each side go for $40, with hardware and hard brake line (don't know if it is the same for the drum and the disk). _________________ Ian Edgerly

I have a rolling chassis i'd sell you for $275, but you'd have to come to Georgia to get it :p _________________ 81 924 N/A

Yes. |
If the question was regarding brake lines, they are bent differently between drum and disk, and so are different. _________________ 78 924 NA

DOH I thought you were asking if the trailing arm was the same!

Will the rear trailing arms be the same between a 924 and a 931? _________________ 1980 porsche 924 turbo 5speed getrag gearbox |

Yes. They are the same between the two.
Early 931 used drum brakes, discs were optional, later cars got the discs by default.
It all just bolts together. Grab a 924 arm and bolt up your disc brake parts after you remove the rear suspension.
I would take the opportunity to refresh the rear bushings, etc. while you have the suspension out. _________________ Stefan

I'd also suggest making a careful check of the CV axle on the side that got bent. A blow hard enough to warrant changing the control arm could also break the CV joint. I know 'cause the '78 924 that we turned into a racer had this problem. We swapped the control arm and then had to deal with a fractured inner race in one of the CVs (outboard, IIRC). _________________ '84 944 - kid blew motor
