I PULLED MINE OUT WITH VICE GRIPS. NO PROBLEM

Yea a small pair locked on lightly with wd-40 sprayed and let to saok for awhile ..you gotta slightly side wiggle them and work them out they go hard very resistant then kind of pop loose.
