Vaughan,
Have you driven the 55? Your front air dam and smaller tail vs. Chris's car makes me wonder about the downforce on the two cars. Assuming you both have the same spring/torsion bar rates, one car should handle better than the other.
BTW, nice drives and great photos.

Cheers! No, I haven't driven #55 recently - beginning of last year was most recent, I think.
Yes, you're right about the aero; there are other/more substantial differences between the cars though. We don't have the same susp setup - I have the stiff spring, soft bar setup, and he has somewhat the opposite. I have 34mm/600# setup, he has the 30mm/400#, and I run a stock front bar with 18mm Cup Car rear bar, whereas he has the Weltmeister parts front and rear.
He also has a welded diff now, whereas I have a factory 951 LSD (which is worn quite a bit). While his motor is built by a shop, it's pretty much to the same specs and I believe we're putting out pretty similar power, from looking at the data.
I will probably have to hop into the car later this year and try it out... _________________ Vaughan Scott
