i have seen a few of these which have been applied but where the air flow hose connects to the throttle body there is a little hole which i think is a breather how would i fit a k&n induction pipe with filter to that???

What else are you planning on doing? If all you're doing is a K&N filter in the hope it will give you some increase save your pennies...
