Where are the wheels and what width are they? 3-piece or 1-piece?

I snagged these wheels a while back. They are Rial 16x7 / 16x9 one piece aluminum. I am ultimately planning to have a set of "show/street" wheels, and a set of track wheels. Where these will be used depends on what else I'm able to find. I have a line on some very nice (and very expensive) BBS wheels...time will tell if I can cough up the dough to snag those!
