the door panels are actually in excellent condition. Just a little dirty. I took one and rubbed it with armour all and the dirt wiped right off. No tears, and they are solid. _________________ 87 924s

Upcoming track car:924 turbo, rebuilding engine, suspension (uppgrading) and so on. Would thoug like to have more time, university takes upp almost all of it.
Soon retired track car/auto cross car, also worked as daily driver and weekend car. It has lot of track time. Since i took my dad with me so he also could drive on the track days.

Ok many of you have asked to see my "Hybrid" frontend.
I am not sure what year my fiberglass 944 turbo bumper is from, but I do know the driving lights I need are really expensive!
Basicly I have a 79 924 and I found this Turbo 944 fiberglass bumper for sale with a ton of engine and interior parts for $50. So instead of changing out my fenders I decided to keep my 924 fenders and work what I have around this new bumper. I had to do alot of cutting, bending and other fun stuff. But I like the new look and also found a rear spoiler that I added. Since these pics were taken I have sanded fixed and primed the rest of the car. It will be taken to the auto body shop next week for a more professional touch and painted. But here is my car so far and I am curious about your thoughts on my hybrid look. Thanks
Before
After
My new spoiler
Thats it for now! Enjoy

Looks a touch nose heavy. But if it makes you happy, who cares? _________________ '80 924 n/a SOLD |
