Got back from 8 months in South America late last week. Amazingly I did see a blue 924 in the Obrajes neighborhood in southern La Paz, Bolivia! Got my project out of storage and everything seemed ok. Drove home without incident (no speeding tickets..).
Had a gremlin last year of the car overheating on shut down. I had replaced the rad cap and bought a lower temperature thermostat. I also wired up both fans directly so they run all the time. Today, flushed the rad and did an oil change. So far, so good.
Work for this year. Fix the heater controls, CV joints, 2 new tires and some very minor body work. I think it will be a good summer.
Cheers
