If you don't want to use a block-off plate on the housing, then just have the end of the cam cut off. A straight cut shouldn't give you any balance issues. Although I wouldn't do it at home... _________________ 1980 931S

as long as you dont get it hot while cutting it you will be fine, the camshaft isnt really balanced. _________________ 3 928s, |

Metal order has been placed fellas.
Still have a couple stragglers for payment. If you could please submit your payment in a timely manner or let either Dave, or myself know when you will be doing so please.
Just so everyone know's there are 8 block off plates being produced (3 ordered as of yet), so if anyone decides they need one, they will be available.
Thanks again to all. |

+1
Been told there is a slight delay in production due to a newborn in Dave's life that came a couple weeks early.
James, feel free to confirm with Dave |

Almost there guys...
Dave says he should have everything wrapped up in the next couple days. Expecting the o-rings and the hardware to arrive today and he's working on finishing up the trigger wheels. Sure looks like a lot of nice work to me. I'm excited! |
