How can ut tell if the wur is bad. The car seems to be rich all the time. I've changed the fuel dist, turbo, fuel injetors, plugs,and gutted the cat. It still wants to run rich. Can ti be the WUR.

The WUR can be tested by performing a cold and warm control pressure test.

Why have you changed all those things? What's wrong with doing the proper adjustment for idle mixture first?
