hello,
can i easily upgrade my 14mm rear sway bar to a 18 or 20mm 951 rear sway bar? what would be a suitable sized front sway bar if so?

You can still have 20-23mm in the front if you have a heavy spring to keep you out of oversteer. Or have 25.5-30mm, but still it depends on spring rates/suspension balance your car has.
