I was wondering if anyone has put a 944 turbo engine into a late 924, and if so what was involved and how easy was it?

Yes and a lot. You will find a lot of threads on this topic. If you have a turbo donor then go for it. You need the DME,KLR, Harness, header, Crossover pipe, down pipe, engine, transmission. (The 924 tranny may last for a little while depending on how you drive it.) Turbo motor mount, Turbo oil cooler, turbo radiator, Turbo exhaust. That covers the basics. Like I said if you have a 951 donor car then it would not be too bad.

If you are considering it, I have the downpipe, crossover, exhaust, motor mount, radiator and a few other odds and ends.
