Air conditioner front cooler pull question

I have a disconnected ac on my car from day one.
I recently noticed the air cooler in front of my existing radiator.
It probably is causing quite a air flow block to my working radiator.
The question is: can it be pulled without removing the working radiator.
And also does anyone want it?

You'll need to remove the radiator.
