The right headlight on my 88 924S doesn't have any juice. Left side voltage tested fine, but the right didn't budge the needle. Checked the fuses under the dash (above driver's left knee) and all appear fine. Is there another fuse block that I don't know about? The Haynes 944 manual says there's one in the engine compartment on the firewall, must not apply to the 924S, 'cuz I didn't see one...
Any suggestions???
Thanks for any help,
Dan |

what are you grounding it too cause the headlight ground could be hooped, also it could be the pins on the fuse box that have burned up not letting any juice through _________________ 3 928s, |

Mine did the same thing only with the left headlight. Turned out to be the wires where they make the turns to go with the light when it opens and closes. Two wires were broken. Back up the harness a bit past the part that flexes a lot and put a pin through the wire to see if it is hot there.

I am too, except i don't know how to fix it, i just rip it apart and pray i remember how to put it back together. For example, i ripped the top off the 944 to replace it, that was a couple days ago. Still trying to figure out how to reinstall it correctly _________________ 90 944 S2

see I have a photographic memory so I wouldn't have a trouble putting it back on, but wtf was the reason for removing it _________________ 3 928s, |
