i just recently picked up some free mud guards. a very generous person noticed my car while i was at the bank. and just so happened to have the rear mud guards in his trunk. that i dont have. very lucky.
im at a loss on how to put these things on. by looking at them, I think i may need to drill into the body
there are about ?5? nuts and bolts up the inside of them.
drill at the correct position, and screw in?
is that right?
im not gonna do this and put holes in the thing if its the wrong way.
anyone done the mud guard dance before? |

This might help it might not. Depending on what year your car is and if this are factory or not. But this is what the look like, I was gonna pull them off the 82 that I sold but I snapped photos because I want to try to accquire some becase they look good, But three bolts going in to the storage wells . This might help you line them up ( the photos) I would then take some whiteout or touch up paint and put it on the end of the bolts to see where you need to drill (to mark underneath) . ( And it does'nt hurt to have some extra drain holes Heh heh)
Sorry I did'nt take any photos in the well. But hopefuly this helps.

yes you have to drill hose in the body to add mud guards or what you could do is remove the bolts from the mud guard itself ( should be able to do with a pair of pliers and use some glue or double sided 3M tape to attach them, personally I would recommend going with the tape/glue instead of drilling holes _________________ 3 928s, |

I put them on my Martinirossi and used self tapping sheet metal screws.

im probably gonna get chewed up for this question, but is there any correlation between the 924 martini rossi and that martini rossi drink? for the 924 historians here.. How did they come about naming it after a liquor if thats the case? |
