Hi All,
I'm trying to get a 1981 NA 924 back on the road (been off for 13 years), the previous owner sold off some of the engine parts including the coil and ignition module. Rather than sourcing an expense secondhand factory unit I was thinking of using an MSD 6AL.
Has anyone got any experience installing these into their 924? Is it easy? If you had some wiring diagrams on how you did it that would be great...the previous owner also appears to have cut the connector the the factory ICM
Appreciate any help / advice on this.
Thanks

MSD 6AL is £400 and you can buy used TIU for £100 and new coil for £20, I don't see the logic here.
But if you insist, this would be the same setup for 924:

Might be worth having a look at my website if you want to get a 924 thas been sitting running as i have a bolt on EFI kit. And why not also spice it up with the supercharger kit as well.
