Looks like a legit website, they have a phone number show, give them a call and see what they say.

I find that steering wheel clumsy, i've accidentaly set off the horn about every time I do a u-turn.
I'm 6'2 tho, maybe it works better if you're shorter

I have 2 spoke but prefer the 3 spoke steering wheel, also looks way better in my opinion.

The owner of that site is a pretty known guy in the dutch 924 scene and also has a museum, so yes, its legit.
