That pump certainly looks right; on the outlet side, you have the banjo fitting going on the end of the check valve that comes with and screws into the pump... so it sounds like maybe you are missing the end cap nut to go on the end and secure it?
I'm having a little trouble understanding what your problem is; I'm wondering if maybe your car didn't come with the original configuration, maybe that hose was replaced? Or can you clarify? Maybe share a pic? _________________ Vaughan Scott

just looked it up and it’s the end cap nut I was needing. Owner before me must have switched out the original check valve fitting and put their own for some reason causing the new fuel pump to not have the nut needed to tighten the banjo fitting down.Thank you for the help! I had no clue what it was called and what to order. |
