Indicators in a CGT bumper

Hi all,
I am currently working on placing all the frontlights and indicators back in the front bumper.

and while putting the indicators back, i noticed there is no mounting point for the outer screw on the indicators.

so the mounting points for the side with 2 holes on the indicator is clear but the other side with the single hole not.

how is this done on a original CGT?

or is my bumper missing a feature?
