Sorry for the newbie questions but I have an 80 931 that has largely sat inside since I bought it 5-6 years ago. I run it and keep the gas fresh but I am very new to the 924 2.0 platform.
First the AC was missing the adjuster bracket which was very expensive NOS on Ebay. I used a M12 bolt for now but need the adjusting setup. The alternator was fine but leans in quite and bit due to belt tension from the play the in bushings. You can almost just pull the alterator bracket off the lower bushing so there may have once been an outer lip. I have the PET but didn't know if anyone saw poly bushes over the years or something more resilient.
Here is the car, its in fantastic shape its just time and shrinkage on the rubber parts:

I have some AC/Alternator brackets and bushings that I pulled off a 931S2 motor. I have no idea if it would work for you. I could send it for the cost of shipping. It will all fit in a small or medium size USPS priority box or similar so would be in the $10 range. _________________ Mike
