Been silent for a while about this subject because i was busy building and sending out kits.
That is now done for this year, and i can focus on consolidating and improving the supporting documentation as well as planning for whats happening next year.
First on the documentation list is this TPS video where i show how and what to do to the proposed TB in order to use it for our EFI conversion.
This TB will bolt on and work for the 924NA EFI application as well as for the 924SC EFI application and it will even work for the 931 S1 if you replace the factory rubber connector with a more flexible silicone connector.

Thanks for this. I have been watching what your are doing since I would rather get stuff "sussed out" already from you. Much better idea. Slowly gathering parts for the NA which is the original car in the family and the longest running project. I would rather work on the headers etc. This way things are right and I know it will start right away and go _________________ 1980 931 since 1989

Finally recorded a quick video showing the process to write the tune to the ECU and to calibrate the TPS sensor. This is the last step the user has to do before the first start of the car.

Happy holidays!
Here is the anniversary video.
Summary:
-SC kit will get a higher boost charger pulley next year (free to the first 5 that buy SC and EFI together)
-EFI kit will also take care of the fuel pump, older kits will be easily updated
-i'm recording and working to improve the documentation for the EFI
-2025 will hopefully only have one build run, starting in February, if you want a kit next year, please align with this schedule, i'm trying this strategy next year in order to at least have some months without two jobs.

Hey guys, I'm about to order parts for this year's build run, let me know if you want in on the build. I've already ordered some of the long lead time parts. _________________ Supercharger and EFI kits

I pretty sure I am going to order a kit for my 77NA, just don't know when yet. Hopefully on the sooner side. _________________ 1977 924 N/A Martini Edition |

The current build list is full, i'm more than half way done with building the kits by now.
I did plan to only do one build run for this year, and i might keep that plan..depending on how many people actually want a kit after the current build is over.
Bad news is that i've jumped from the micro company to a regular company now and i will have to collect and hand over the dreaded VAT/TVA tax from next month or something like that...so this will be a price increase. _________________ Supercharger and EFI kits
