|
|
Hello all,
to finish my 924 Martini i need the decal for the center console.
I found one for sale on ebay, but, 750.- bucks is far to much.
So, question for the Tech-Guys: What is needed to make a 3D Print part?
I understand that a colour pic isnt enough.(Data?)
How knows or done it allready?
Thanks,

Dimensions of the badge, letters and logo
A SVG for the Porsche logo (can be found via google)
Knowledge of which font is used for the letters that are on there
If you have those ingredients, it should be 1 hour work max. to design it and then you print. |

SVG is just an image format, which is easy to work with in the modelling software.
Can't tell you how to best determine the font, guess some googling may work out. Most big brands have some fonts they use by default. |
