I'm in the process of bench bleeding my master brake cylinder after it's been reworked, and I have fluid leaking from the brake light pressure switches. I removed them before I sent the unit to the shop, and I don't recall any o-rings or washers installed prior.
Edit: after I had noticed the leaking I removed and sanded them to try and remove any debris.
Has anyone else run into this issue? If so, what was your fix? TIA _________________ 1978 924 N/A |

Add a Copper washer? Brake system has huge pressures. Usually sealed by tapered bolts or so. Check the hole / sensor if they can seal to each other. Maybe inside on the sealing face there is a small crack. _________________ ---
