I have been trying to fix my non-working horn. I've test everything and it all works except that I don't have ground coming to the steering wheel to close the loop with the horn button/switch.
Where is the steering wheel ground coming from?
Thanks

It's grounded through the steering shaft. Rust and worn steering shaft u joint bearings have been known to cause this issue.

Thanks, any easy fix/work around? Don't feel like pulling off the whole thing.

Glad to hear, what did you do to fix it?

Wire brushed the lower U joint, stray it with electrical control cleaner (Nu-trol) and work the steering wheel back and forward to get the cleaner in. Worked
