Its normal that the mixture is off after a dizzy rebuild...just re-adjust the mixture.

What are people using instead of oe? Thread pitch/size don’t seem to be metric, are they SAE?

Are you talking about the hole over the afr screw?
Pretty sure as oem they were closed with a ball bearing peaned into the hole..

It’s vacuum, just stick something in it..

Yes, it is the screw between the fuel distributor and the bowl on the AFM. If this is just vacuum and just needs to be capped off that should not be a problem.

Be very careful what you put in there...if it falls trough...it goes directly into the turbo and it will destroy your compressor wheel. I recommend not using a metal plug...just to be safe. Ask me how i know...

Yeah, not playing that game. I used my taps to figure out size and pitch. Can’t remember if it was #8 or #10 but it is a standard SAE size/pitch. I cut down a pan head screw and sealed with a bit on o ring. Just wasn’t sure if it needed to be fully plugged or if it needed to have some adjustment.

I tethered the correct Allen wrench to a close by fuel line with a leash nearer the short end, and taped up the short end to be used to plug the hole..

It was the tool and the plug all in one and on a leash so it couldn’t possibly get into my timing belt if it ever came out, but it never came out..

Also had CIS test gauge/valve spliced directly into my WUR line, and an under hood fuel pump switch that jumped the pumps and lambda on whenever I wanted..

Was pretty neat I thought..

All gone now though..
