hello everyone. i just picked up a 1977 924. most of the headliner pieces were missing. i have the two side pieces, the big square that goes on the removable roof, the back piece(which i bought off ebay, i believe its for a later 944 cause it doesnt fit right, and the piece that the sun visors and the dome light attach too. but i still have a big gap in between the removable roof panel and sunvisor trim.... can someone look at theirs and tell me if there is a piece that goes in between the two. seems to me that the older 924s didint share the headliner pieces with the 944s. thank you. _________________ DANE WILLIAMS |

On my '77 it appears to be stitched together in 3 panels. The first from the front visor mount panel to approximately where the glass of the sunroof starts ie around the corner an inch or so, then a second panel that goes on the side of the sunroof and back about 6" from the sunroof. Then a a third panel to the back. There may be another stitched seam about half way back the sunroof, but bright sun coming thru the sunroof made it difficult to see. Hope this helps. _________________ Mike
