Are there any suggestions for removing the warmup regulator from a n/a 924? I’m not as young as I used to be and my hands can’t get to the bolt on the underside. Plus my innovation with tools appears to be lacking.

For sure, remove the ignition coil.

Then I recommend a short allen key bit with flex-head ratchet:

Found those at the local auto parts store, quite inexpensive but good, very useful. Much easier for this stuff than actual allen keys.

Thank you for the advice. I found some similar tools at the parts store. I’ll be under the hood next weekend.
