Peter, my Korean wife informs me you have your dates wrong.
She says its the 21st.

They use the Chinese calender

Oops, my appologies to all our Korean friends.



Didn't realise that it was a moveable holiday apparently defined as "Ch'usok (Korean Thanksgiving Day): the 15th day of the eighth lunar month".
