AFM vacuum port(?) has come off!

Hey gents, could use some advice here.

The connector on the bottom side of my AFM housing (see 2nd photo here, for reference) has recently pulled straight out.

I tried re-adhering it once already with some JB Weld stick since I had it laying around, but that definitely hasn't done the trick as it's pulled back out and just seems to seal terribly now.

My next attempt was going to be to clean it off, coat it in red RTV silicone, and gently tap it into place with a mallet. But, I figured that before I do something else potentially stupid , I should see what suggestions everyone might have for how I should re-attach and seal it back up (preferably in situ).

Had similar on a carby- used a special loctite which is thicker and no problems
