Taking a close look to this picture I mentioned a couple of strange things...
First: oil feed to the engine. There is an AN fitting where the stock oil pump is located, lower right to the crank pulley.
Second: only one stage on the oil scavenge pump.

I think that pics are self-explaining:
It has an external scavenge pump which pushes oil through cooler back to the tank and feeding pump looks like a stock with relocated pickup and modified check valve. Even the oil filter stayed in a stock place.
Finally, what do you think? Is stock OP capable to feed oil to the engine from a separate tank? With some mods, of course. If so, it is possible to adopt electric scavenge pump to build an "affordable" dry sump system? _________________ WBR, Shurick
