I finished my dash this weekend. It came out pretty nice considering how bad it was warped. I used fiberglass on the backside and clamped it as close to the correct shape as I could then used structural adhesive to fill the cracks and the two spots that were broken through. I bonded on an ABS dash cap, trimmed and filled the edges and painted it with interior paint.
I think I may replace it eventually though.
