Brake juice is brake juice, so any DOT 3 from a new container is the best.
I wish they sold the stuff in a bladder, which would keep air from getting to the fluid in the container, which is what does the harm. Any humidity in the air will be absorbed by the brake juice as it displaces what comes out, brake juice being hygroscopic and all that...
I refrain from buying brake juice in large containers because the container will hold more air which means it's exposing more moisture to the remaining brake fluid.
Pint bottles for me. _________________ Race car: my favourite palindrome.

You can also use DOT4 if you want to go for more sports events... It's almost the same as DOT3 but has little higher boiling temperature which can be achieved by brakes
I use DOT4 in my cars _________________ 931 82' - 5000km after full engine rebuild
