Hi all 924/931 fans

In the search of 924/931 specific performance parts I have found a big dark hole of nothing:) therefore have I taken matters in my own hands and started this project.

So far I am building parts from cast aluminum and composites. My goal is to produce high quality parts, made to aviation standards and make them affordable! Because I am not making a 1000ps. china-ish production, I have the opportunity to make one of items, or many variations of one part to welcome your various specific wants.

So far I am planning to make.

Throttle bodies
Individual throttle bodies
Kevlar/carbon Plenum for 931
Cast Dry sump
Dry sump pump bracket
Generator relocation bracket
Cast Remote oil filter
Various valve covers
Distributor delete kit.

If any of you could be interested or have any ideas please write me.

I'd recommend when you make the plenum for the 931 to relocate the throttle body to the front of the engine, pointed to the front for a front-mount intercooler...

Might even be worth sourcing a more common throttle body with built-in TPS to fit to it, to support EFI conversion...

This is what I would like to see made.

I'd also like to see a EFI fuel rail, the intake you make should have the injectors in the runners..

You could also make some new injector bungs if you have the means.

Turbo exhaust manifold?

Concerning the Plenum I would make it fit front mounted intercoolers! I can’t see any better way of fitting IC in 924.

The throttle bodies will be made with and without injectors. And maybe reversible so you can choose the distance from the throttle valve. I have no plans of making fuel rails but maybe make the throttle bodies to fit fuel rails from another car make.

All parts will be CAD drawn, stress and flow analyzed.

I would definitely be interested in any performance/special parts for the 931.

I hope your venture is successful

If you could come up with cores the right size, CGT top mounted intercoolers might be popular. Lots of replicas out there missing this part.

Me too - lower CG, light weight, cool looks... and fairly uncomplicated to make in cast aluminum.
