Howdy all.
New to the board and just introducing myself.

I have recently acquired a 1979 924 with M471 Suspension from a good friend (any of you from the finger lakes region of NY should likely know him)

I hail from Florida but the car is in Penn. right now to have some work done (cancer work and engine assembly).

I am also new...the other owner of the above mentioned 924. Its currently sitting in a warehouse in Pittsburgh with a Martini 924, my OTAS, a couple of Lancias and a 79 Alfa Romeo GTV.

its a rear-engined, RWD coupe.

Looks cool, like a pocket-ferrari

Do you have 850 Fiats over there? Must be easy to park them...just rotate it 90 degree CW

I think the OTAS looks like a tiny, and i mean TINY DeTomaso Pantera....except the headlights in 'up' position make the car look like a ugly frog, not a cute Bug-eye Sprite frog!

all the Fiat 850s I've seen have been heaps of Italian rust that we have been gathering spare engines and transaxles from for my OTAS.

Your email address bounced back.

Nice Fiat. What is it worth and how rare is it?

sorry bout the mail forgot the 't'

Now mind you, the OTAS isn't all Fiat... its a Lombardi body on an 850 chassis

http://home.planet.nl/~fredr079/home-en.html

theres a site with some more info about the car

mine probably isn't worth much more that a few grand in its current state of about 100 peices. its such a strange and rare little car no one really cares about or knows anything about it.
