I did that once to a hotrod Scirocco that I had. Wound up selling the car because the roads to work were full of potholes and I didn't enjoy the ride. -- But fun on the Interstates.

I think it really depends on the shock valving and spring rates.
Assuming I get a working starter soon, I may get to find out myself within a week. I'll let you know. _________________ Stefan

I have solid upper strut mounts. I haven't noticed any problems with ride harshness.
