I am impressed with the car in the ad.

Your price is good for the quality of the interior & low miles and no accidents.
The Haynes manual is only good for a laugh when it comes to the timing belt. quote Page 60 photo 8.20a "Use a drill bit to measure the clearance...
Photo 8.20b "Mark the position of the lower edge of the tensioner with paint...
Do not change the belts. You do not have the skills or tools to do it right. Take it to an independent Porsche shop and have them inspect the belts & check the tension. Maybe $100 or so.
For a few dollars more they may give you a quick inspection or PPI (pre purchase inspection). Some buyers may ask to take the car to a shop and pay for a PPI. If you have a PPI done you may fix a couple of items first.
You probably did not get any records at the auction. The WP waterpump should be changed when the belts get changed. If you did all the repairs your parts cost would be about $300-$400 + . WP, cam and balance belt, all new rollers and tension pulleys, fluids. Shop labor is extra.
The price is fair just as it is. A buyer will negotiate a little. Let the new buyer do the work. You can always get it done later.
Post it on PelicanParts.com -Cars for sale. No fees involved.
