When I start my car the idle drops to 300 or 400 rpms and then instantly goes up to 950....This issue has always happened when I start my car...I just always let it warm up really good....I Had the head redone and a lot of parts replaced 1 year ago...It runs great just wondering if the drop in rpm is a serious issue??

You are going to have to give us a lot more information...
"A lot of parts replaced" = ???

I have replaced the ICV valve, plugs, wires, had my head redone due to a few bent valves other than that nothing major just routine parts....My AC was serviced last year and works great also.....Just the idle dropping when I start it concerns me a lot!!

Hard to say with so little info. Possible leaking fuel injector. Possible bad idle air valve. Possible bad Aux air reg.
