Careful there, that's the dark side.

No Vice = not true. Racing is a worse vice than crack addiction - more expensive too.

Well aware, I've already driven a couple hundred track miles in the car. . .they truly are a joy to flog.

Congrat's Rasta. I'm jealous.

Not in the same league as ITS/Spec44 (or even track racing in general, for that matter) but perhaps dangling a foot over a very slippery slope...

Go for it! That event is organised by a regular Targa NZ entrant (hence a lot of the cars in the photos are of NZ cars). He's been trying to get it off the ground for a while, and from what he's told me it sounds like it's going to be fantastic. Besides, Kelly has competed in the NZ events in a 924S before, so we have to all support him!

Yeah, I'm only doing the grandma TSD thing this year (I don't have a racecar, nor a racing licence). But as has been said, it's like crack. And I wouldn't be at all surprised if I end up spending way too much money on it

I mean, I saw this thing at almost exactly the same time and thought, "Hmm... um... yes, yes, I can see it as a racecar, yes..."

Sorry about the threadjack, Rasta. Back to you...
