Yep. Failed clutch on the 944. It's still drivable... but slipping, chattering and buggering out more and more every day. Thank god the parts came.
Now the grueling process of replacement.

Bought some KY jelly. Heard that'll lube anything up!

Here's some more pics from last night. Tranny is messy as hell. It's NOT going back in the car like that. Although the inside was much much more clean.
The car gave me a wicked greasy farmers tan.
