ok so about 4 months ago my 87 924s died on me... so i thought it was the dme relay and it was but after i replaced it, it wouldnt start so i started toubleshooting and found my fuel pump had died so i replaced that and it works, then it wouldnt get spark traced that to a bad coil replaced that still wouldnt start, so i checked my speed and ref sensors and they fell apart so put new ones in still no start then i had my ecu tested and it was bad so i put a reman. one in and it still wont start i am gettin tach bounce i have fuel and spark and all my vaccuum lines are good please help i am about to give up on my baby

I guess you need to run a compression check to eliminate the worst case scenerio - no compression due to bent valves.

New fuel pump, check
New sensors, check
New dme/fuel pump relay, check
New ECU, check
Coil, check
Fuel, Spark, tach bounce, check
Vacuum lines, check

Simple stuff to check,

Make a 3 wire DME/fuel pump relay jumper per Clarks
http://www.clarks-garage.com/shop-manual/fuel-05.htm

The negative ground on the bell housing-clean. Put a piece of tape over the TDC hole so a bold does not fall in the clutch.

Clean all harness connectors on top of the engine---carefully.

Make sure the AFM harness connector is tight. Check the AFM for "barn door" operation.

Gap the sensors and clean where the sensors connect on top of the rear engine.

Make sure your Rotor is tight and the cap is clean.

Belts, recheck the timing marks on the cam belt.

Read a couple of "NO Start" procedures:

http://www.clarks-garage.com/shop-manual/ts-01.htm

GL
John

Don't forget to check the compression too.....its probably the first thing you should do lol.

Think diagnostics ONCE you know there is something worth diagnosing.

Have you checked to see if the injectors are really firing? If your FPR (fuel pressure regulator) is bad it can fail closed causing the fuel pressure to rise and the injector drivers in the ECU to shut down. It can also fail open (less common) where fuel circulates through the rail but does not build enough pressure. You only really have fuel if it is properly spraying from the injectors.
