Since I've written previously about my struggles with my UTCIS unit and Unwired Tools support, I felt the need to pass onto you folks the way in which Unwired Tools has stepped up to help me this week.
They gave me a suggestion for home repair and Dx on the unit, which I tried, but did not work. I even ended up damaging the temp chip during my battle with the motor and valve body. D'OH!
When I told them I was giving up, they promptly emailed me a UPS Overnight label. I sent it back to them in Flagstaff Wednesday, and they received it yesterday. They repaired it (finding a bad solder that caused the unit to malfunction properly) & replaced the temp chip that I broke, all in one day. They sent it back via overnight delivery, and I should receive it today, for a two day turnaround.
Granted, their service (and quality control, and packaging) hasn't been perfect, but their effort here has gone a long way to appease the Monsta. _________________ Toofah King Bad
