I've used these guys to ship some parts around Australia and their prices are very good. Basically they hold corporate accounts with the major freight companies and pass those rates on to individuals.

When you get a quote enter "eBayparcel" in the discount code on the left to get a 10% discount. They actually have a working online quoting and booking system unlike most others.

As an example they quoted $43 to send a transaxle from Sydney to Brisbane using TNT.
