Comon sunshine....
Ill have the head ready by the 1st with the header. The header is a bursche I picked it up for $15.00 some dummy before me tried to get it off without undoen the motor mount I think it was any way he couldnt get it off even though he dented in the 4 th tube in 2 places up top by the head tryin to get it off- I also had to hacksaw the end off so I talked to the welder today showed it to him and my idea was to put some weld on there and id just grind the dent off from the inside then have him weld on the new collector/reducer,he said how about we heat up that dent till its glowen then just push it out I said ok.. no ceramic coating just heat paint for now I think red I got those tayler plug boot protectors for heat.

Then the head is ready just got to put the valves in there [made all my own gaskets except the head gasket just traced the old ones and wala, the intake was place on the head side &I used my dremel to get the fit just right up against the side of the port for a perfect fit] ..
then right after I have it runnen with the head project [cam, porting, header]Ill jump out back &put in the clutch kit and rebuild
the torque tube and swap out the tranny.

I did the clutch last year it was cheap I feel so bad about what I have to say, I used a used clutch disc and the same press. plate and throw out bearing ,pilot bearing. I now have a new kit I picked up on e-bay. afford .. Ill do the head tjis weekend or next weekend.I want to clean up the tops of the pistons real well and paint up the rest of the block where the intake used to be. _________________
