Just to paraphrase what is in the regs:

looks like 150BHP at the flywheel is the max allowed. Minimum weight is 2205lbs (1000kg) with driver, minimum ride height is 2.992in (76mm)

60mm throttle body, Piper cam, otherwise stock injection system, stock exhaust manifold, exhaust must exit at stock location but is otherwise free. LHD cars must fit RHD exhaust manifolds.

Engine can be bored up to 1.0mm to repair the block, pistons and rods can only be altered to provide balancing. Head can be machined for repair only.

Clutch has to stay stock size and shape, the linings are free.

Transmission also must stay stock, and you have to stick with the same type throughout the season, no LSD's allowed.

Battery can be relocated to the passenger foot well in a proper enclosure, passenger seat can be removed or replaced to match the driver's seat.

alternator must be stock type, electrical harness is free provided it does not allow the alternator to stop generating electricity or allow other similar modifications. Gauges are free as well

Interior carpet can be removed, vertical interior parts can be removed, but interior needs to be painted a solid color and panels need to be fitted to the doors.

Exterior nose section can be replaced with fiberglass, headlight mechanisms can be removed, lights must be functional and the fog lights must be installed and functional. Vents can be added in the nose to provide brake cooling. Under tray must be the same size as stock, but can be made of fiberglass.

suspension includes any swaybars that fit the 924/944/928. Shocks are specified by the rules, springs and torsion bars are free provided they are made of steel and do not require modification for fitment.

Brake backing plates can be bent or removed, linings and brake lines cane be changed. Otherwise they are stock.

Wheels are 15x7 and any can be used provided they are approved for competition use. Steering rack is free provided it is a Porsche part.

Sounds like a pretty restrictive class that makes the most of relatively stock engine and leverages the chassis and driver skill.
