The one they have is the same one all the other companies have. They look alright IF you install them perfectly, otherwise they can look really bad. The price is fair and that sounds about right for shipping.
All in all, they are a pretty good deal for the price.

Dunno what brand mine is, but I've got one of those types of dash thingies...
They're pretty good. Just don't shine them up. No treatments. Leave the bare plastic and clean with soap and water and a good rinse, then dry cloth.
Most people don't even guess there are gaping cracks (it's on the 924, not the 931) and it was worth every penny. Lets the warm air out too, or the smoke, depending on the situation.
Some don't prefer these dash covers cause they think they look cheap. But they'll put a piece of carpet on the dash that has 'Porsche' lettered in and pay hundreds ($CDN). I think I paid a hundred. It does the job.
OH! I didn't glue mine in and it's stayed in the same spot for 5 years. When I track the car I'm gonna keep the dash cover for my next one.

What have you been getting up to in there Rick?
I think a good notion would be to remove the dash, put the cover on, and paint the whole thing. The only catch would be finding paint that would stick to both the cover and the vinyl. Most pain should though... |
