You can use the same one-piece boot as 944's. It takes a little stretching to get it to fit perfectly, but it looks the same as the original. I think Alan Gunn (AGLA) makes them, or ebay, or ?

Have you tried automotion.com? That's where I get most of my trim stuff.....
Good luck. _________________ -Stu

Thanks for the tip Nick. I went to Pelican and found the one piece 944 shift boot, but was unsure if it would work. Now I know.
A little pricey at 81 bucks although...
I`ll look and see what automotion has them for. Thanks guys. |

I have a quarter hide of black leather coming in the mail right now, which will become my motorcycle seat - I'll use the remainder to make a shift boot for my friend's 931. Looks like an easy cutting and stitching job, but who knows For 55$ a hide, it's worth a try, IMO. I won't be doing it for the next week or two, but you can check back with me later and ask how it went |
