| Try the warm up regulator (WUR) its located on the back (when you've got the hood up and are facing the engine) of the intake manifold, its got 2 wires and 2 fuel lines going to it. Thats just my first thought though. Anybody with more experience have any suggestions? |

The WUR would seem to be the culprit but you may want to start by checking for bad plug wires, loose/leaking vacuum lines to the vacuum advance (front and back) and make sure there are no other major vacuum leaks which would cause you to run lean when warm.

Bill,
Have you set your fuel mixture? You may be running too rich or lean. If you smell fuel you might try leaning the mixture.
BTW I have sold my 924. I've had it for 16 years and put about 200K miles on it. Haven't driven it much in the last three years and it needs to be driven.
