Hi All!
My question concerns the 4 small plastic bushings at the end of the shift lever (brand new) for my 5 spd snailshell transmission.
Is it beneficial to smear some grease on it (to extend bushing life), or is it just a major dirt catcher that would accelerate wear even more? Asking as it can be a hassle having to import bushings from overseas. Thank You!

I would not put petroleum based grease on them...either lithium or a product called Sil-glyde. _________________ Toofah King Bad
